Toured Northern Mexico with “SANCHO & DON”: Spring 1998. Toured border cities in Mexico, project funded by FONCA, National Endowment for the Arts of Mexico. // Work in progress performance piece dealing with the US/Mexican border - funded by the US/Mexico Fund for Culture (Rockefeller Foundation, FONCA and Bancomer), New York City and Mexico. // Commissioned to create and perform SANCHO & DON at INTAR: June 1994 // Co-created and performed original work with Jim Calder, an American artist, on the subject of North and South American political buffoons presented at INTAR HISPANIC AMERICAN THEATRE, New York City.  Funded by a grant from the Rockefeller Foundation.

Invited to co-create, co-direct and perform by the ‘Agostino & Co. Performing Arts’ in New York: 1995 “Planet Voices”, an ecological piece for touring the public school system. 

Commissioned to co-direct and perform in Jim’s Calder “DaVinci and the New Cadillac”.

Founder, President and Master Teacher of the ‘Estudio Busqueda de Pantomima-Teatro A.C.’: 1972 to present. A professional and independent school of Modern Mime, Clown and Movement Theatre, in Guanajuato, Mexico offering an intensive international 8 week workshop in Personal Physical Comedian of Movement Theatre each winter.
Founder and Artistic Director of the National Encounter and International Festival of Contemporary Mime in Mexico (ENyFIP): 1978 to 1994. International theater companies are invited to perform and tour Mexico. The function of the festival is to enrich the cultural life of the country. All activities are offered free of charge to the public. Some professional artists who have attended in the past are: Thomas Lea hart (USA); Daniel Stein (France); Mime Omnibus (Canada); Theatre Due Movement (France); Diametric (Switzerland); James Donjon (USA); Tony Montana (USA); Aver the Eccentric (USA); The Adaptors (USA); Bob Barky (USA); among others. In addition, movement theatre artists are encouraged to attend and share their work and ideas through workshops offered with these performers as part of the Encounter.
Founder of the MultiComediantes, bilingual company (Mexico-USA): 1990 to present.
Co-created, co-directed and performed the following original works with Jim Calder, an American theatre artist, on the subject of North American relations presented at INTAR HISPANIC AMERICAN THEATRE, New York City: “Vulture Speaks”; “Sancho & Don”; “The Alamo Piece” with positive reviews from the New York Times.
Founder, Principal Actor and Director of the Estudio Busqueda’s company “Comediantes Pantomima-Teatro”: 1979 to present. Created and directed the following shows of Movement Theatre: “Papalote” participated in the Second International Clown Theatre Festival of New York; “Ocumicho” participated in the International Festival of Contemporary Mime of Winnipeg, Canada; “Lo Mexicano en la Calaca” with the participation in the two International Festivals of Mime, Clown and Movement Theatre of Elkins, West Virginia; among others.

~ Co-founder and master teacher of clown theatrics at CLOWN THEATRE INSTITUTE, a 4 week intensive workshop consisting of physical improvisations and direction pieces based on movement vocabulary, Santa Barbara, CA, summer 1998 with the LOBERO THEATRE FOUNDATION and in Seattle, Washington summers 1987-88.
~ Master teacher of an intensive 4 week workshop at the “Physical Theatre Lab”, Department of Theatre, Ohio University, Athens, Ohio. Movement Approach to Clown along with a 4 week workshop of Introduction to Pantomime-Theatre. Co-directed a show -- an adaptation of the short story “The Smile at the Foot of the Ladder” by Henry Miller, collectively created by the directors and students of the Physical Theatre Lab, summer 1986.
Master teacher in the School for Movement Theatre in Elkins, West Virginia for four summers 1982-85.  Formed part of the planning committee.
