A professional and independent school of Modern Mime, Clown and Movement Theatre, in Guanajuato, Mexico offering an intensive international 8 week workshop in Personal Physical Comedian of Movement Theatre each winter.
Founder and Artistic Director of the National Encounter and International Festival of Contemporary Mime in Mexico (ENyFIP): 1978 to 1994. International theater companies are invited to perform and tour Mexico. The function of the festival is to enrich the cultural life of the country. All activities are offered free of charge to the public. Some professional artists who have attended in the past are: Thomas Lea hart (USA); Daniel Stein (France); Mime Omnibus (Canada); Theatre Due Movement (France); Diametric (Switzerland); James Donjon (USA); Tony Montana (USA); Aver the Eccentric (USA); The Adaptors (USA); Bob Barky (USA); among others. In addition, movement theatre artists are encouraged to attend and share their work and ideas through workshops offered with these performers as part of the Encounter.
