A unique Mexican school for the professional formation of Comic Movement Theater, Modern Mime and Theatrical Clown since 1972, the Research Studio offers master programs and workshops.
Taught in English and in Spanish, the workshops are based on Sigfrido Aguilar's unprecedented collective creative process of "Comic Movement Theater." Sigfrido guides the workshop participants in the creation of a collaborative piece. This technique integrates a balance of creative training and improvisations in preparation for a final performance.
The workshops develop selected aspects of the disciplines involved in Pantomime-Theater, depending on the specific group of theater artists involved.
